HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

Items on our website are produced on-demand. After an order is placed, it takes about 5-7 business days to process your order. Due to COVID-19 Regulations, please allow 2 to 4 weeks for your order to be shipped. In holiday seasons, there will be a high volume of orders, and will need more time.

After an order has been placed, it is promptly sent to our supplier where they will print and ship your item(s) within 7-10 business days. Below are expected delivery times based on your location. Please note: Due to the popularity of certain items on our site, shipping times may take longer than the estimates below.

When your order ships you can request your tracking number via our support desk. If your items have not arrived within 20-30 days of the date of original purchase, contact Customer Service for a full refund of your purchase. (This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) and missed parcel deliveries).

WHY DOES MY PRODUCT SMELL?

Some t-shirts printed via Direct To Garment methods may have a slight odor due to pretreatment and curing processes that t-shirts go through in production. This is normal and will disappear after one wash.
